1 Introduction & Acceptance

33mbm ("we", "platform") is an online gaming service provider that offers live casino, slots, sports betting, and various casual games to users in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

3.3 Source of Funds

All funds deposited into your account must come from a legitimate source. Using 33mbm for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is detected, 33mbm reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and the account may be suspended immediately.

3.4 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The deposited amount must be used in at least one betting activity before withdrawal. Withdrawal of bonus funds is governed by the bonus terms and conditions.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at 33mbm, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• ৳18,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) and applies to the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses have a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be forfeited after it expires.
• If bonus abuse is detected (arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, etc.), the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33mbm platform:

• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.

5.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above rules are violated, 33mbm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without notice, seize the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

6 VIP Program & Cashback
